Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 24, 2025

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings and services provided by Shot 4 U Photo Booth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• All online bookings require full payment to secure the date.

• Payment may be made online through Wix (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) or in person by cash or Zelle at the event.

• If paying in person, payment must be made before the event begins.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• If Shot 4 U Photo Booth must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Service Duration & Overtime

• The minimum booking time is 2 hours, with packages available up to 6 hours.

• Any additional time requested on the day of the event is subject to availability and will be billed at $100 per hour.

• Overtime must be paid in full before the additional time begins.

4. Venue & Setup Requirements

• Client must provide:

• At least 6 feet of space between the booth and backdrop.

• Access to working electrical outlets.

• A location where the equipment is protected from rain, wind, or direct exposure to weather.

• For outdoor events, the client must ensure adequate covering (tent, canopy, etc.) is provided to protect the booth.

• Shot 4 U Photo Booth requires at least 1 hour of access to the venue prior to the event start time for setup.

5. Photo Usage & Marketing

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Shot 4 U Photo Booth retains the right to use photos and videos captured during events for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including social media and website content.

• Clients may request in writing to opt out of marketing use prior to the event.

6. Equipment Liability & Guest Conduct

• The client is responsible for any damage to the booth, props, or equipment caused by guests or attendees at the event.

• Shot 4 U Photo Booth is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property that occur in or around the booth area.

• Small children must be accompanied by an adult when using the booth.

7. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

• Shot 4 U Photo Booth is not responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, venue power outages, or natural disasters.

• In such cases, clients may request a rescheduled date subject to availability.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New York City, NY.

9. Acceptance of Terms

 

By booking Shot 4 U Photo Booth, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
